Service Description
Let's have some fun to kick of the new year! Sip on mimosas or tea and create a unique naturally dyed silk scarf or napkin set. Choose a silk scarf or a napkin set (2) to botanically print one-of-a-kind creations. A variety of garden flowers, roots, an insect (cochineal) and more will be available. Materials, mimosas, tea and breakfast goodies will also be provided. Space is limited. Workshop will be held at the Vitality Center in downtown Sebatopol. 6914 Sebastopol Ave, Sebastopol, CA Minimum of 4 participants required. Lisa Rogers is the creator and owner of SlowDigz. She works and volunteers as a science and garden educator and began following a creative path with natural dyeing. Lisa learned about ecoprinting, printing leaves on fabric and paper, over a decade ago and was captivated. Through reading, online workshops and a lot of experimentation, she aims to create functional, fun, one of a kind pieces, hand dyed or printed using botanicals.
