Join us on Saturday, September 26th for flower printing at Dharma Trading Store in San Rafael. Use fresh & dried, local flowers to create your one-of-a-kind botanical silk piece (bandana/neckerchief). While your pieces steam away, there will be a mini Tataki Zome demonstration and discussion on fabric preparation. Lisa Rogers, MA Ed. Lisa Rogers is the creator and owner of SlowDigz. She worked as a science and garden educator and began following a creative path through natural dyeing. Lisa first learned about ecoprinting, printing leaves on fabric and paper, over a decade ago and was captivated. Through reading, workshops and a lot of experimentation, she aims to create functional, fun pieces, printed with botanicals. Lisa shares her passion through workshops around the Bay Area.
